Don't Like Your items?
Send it back to us for a full refund. Our return policy lasts 30 days after you receive your purchase. Email us at "hello@navypeony.com" to discuss the arrangement. Please quote your order ID when you reach out to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the payment method you used.
No returns or refunds for items on clearance sale.
Wrong or damaged items?
We can offer you a refund, exchange, or a gift credit depending on your choice. This policy is valid for 30 days after you receive your purchase. Please send us a photo of the wrong or damaged items as proof. Contact us at "hello@navypeony.com" and quote your order ID to discuss the details.

We will consider your parcel lost if you did not receive it only after more than 30 business days (not including weekends) from your order date. Reach out to us with your order number and we'll process a refund.
ATTENTION: We're not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or insufficient details in the shipping address provided. It will incur additional cost to request for re-delivery and this cost will be borne by the customers. Refund request due to incorrect shipping address will not be entertained.
