1. Who we are. This store is operated by Noteworthie Gifts Pte. Ltd. ("Navy Peony", "we"), registered in Singapore at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914. By using shop.navypeony.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products. We sell travel-themed stickers and magnets and related items. We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary, and our art is hand-drawn — small variations are part of the charm, not a defect.

3. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order looks fraudulent) and will refund you if we do.

4. Pricing and payment. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any taxes or duties described at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns, privacy. Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, illustrations, text, and images are owned by Navy Peony and protected by copyright. You may use the physical products you buy for personal, non-commercial use (scrapbooking, journaling, decorating, gifting). You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute our designs — including scanning or reprinting them — without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use. Don't use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

8. Disclaimers. The store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded — including your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't limit liability for death, personal injury, or anything caused by our fraud or gross negligence, or your non-excludable statutory rights.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore. If you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your home country's law.

11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
